Michelle Arellano Spiritual guidance

About
The Full Story
I’m Rev. Michelle Arellano—a spiritual leader, nonprofit executive, consultant, and teacher devoted to empowering individuals and organizations to step fully into their divine potential.
My path has been one of sacred service. For more than two decades, I’ve walked alongside communities, nonprofits, and spiritual centers—helping them grow, heal, and align with their greater purpose. Whether guiding a board through transformation, holding space for visioning, or building infrastructure to support deep impact, my work blends strategic clarity with spiritual principle.
I served as Executive Director of the Centers for Spiritual Living International Office (2023–2025), where I lead with intention, vision, and heart. Prior to this, I held executive roles at Options for Helping Residents of Ashland (OHRA), where we grew from a grassroots organization to a $2.6M community force serving our most vulnerable. I’ve also had the honor of leading multiple Boys & Girls Clubs and consulting for nonprofits and spiritual centers across the country.
My ministry is about building bridges—between spirit and strategy, heart and action, vision and results. I am an Ordained Minister through CSL (2020), a Certified Life Coach, and Certified in Organizational Development. I bring these skills into sacred spaces as a teacher, speaker, and facilitator, holding retreats, workshops, and trainings that help people connect more deeply to their soul’s work.
At the heart of all I do is a calling: to help others remember who they truly are and what they are here to do. I believe in the power of divine intelligence to move through organizations, teams, and individuals—and I am honored to support that unfolding.
If you, or your spiritual community are seeking clarity, growth, or soulful guidance, I would be honored to be in sacred conversation with you.
